What is the Single FI Transition?

In 2024, New York State announced a plan to consolidate the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) under a single statewide Fiscal Intermediary (FI). Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) was selected as the entity to manage this program.

This transition affects over 250,000 consumers and hundreds of thousands of Personal Assistants. Our dashboard helps you stay informed about deadlines, registration requirements, and your rights during this process.
