Initial Outreach Begins

Statewide Implementation
PPL officially became the sole Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for New York State CDPAP.
Consumer Registration Deadline
All CDPAP consumers must complete their transition to PPL by this date to ensure continuity of services.
PA Registration Deadline
All Personal Assistants (PAs) must complete their transition and onboarding with PPL by this date.

Litigation Update: Stay Denied
Courts denied the motion for a preliminary injunction against the single FI transition. The transition is legally cleared to proceed as scheduled.
