The information you need to live independently is out there, but it's locked in illegible PDFs, scattered across outdated state websites, and buried in word-of-mouth networks.

We're building the first comprehensive directory platform dedicated to decoding the illegible systems of self-direction. Whether you're navigating New York's CDPAP transition, California's Self-Determination Program, or Texas's Medicaid waivers, we provide the transparent, accessible information you need to take control of your care.
